Terms of service

Last updated: [launch date]. The short version: fixed quotes, your brand, your code.

1. Who these terms are between

Finest Web Geek (“we”) and the agency or business hiring us (“you”). A signed quote or paid invoice means you accept these terms.

2. Quotes and scope

Every project starts with a written quote listing scope, price and delivery date. Work outside that scope is quoted before we start it.

3. Payment

First project: 50% upfront, 50% on delivery. After three completed projects, invoices are due net 15 (net 30 for preferred partners). Payment by Wise, Payoneer or wire transfer. Prices in USD unless agreed otherwise.

4. Revisions

Two revision rounds against the agreed scope are included. Further changes are billed at $30/hour or quoted.

5. Your responsibilities

You provide designs, content, licenses and access on time. Delays on your side move the delivery date by the same amount.

6. Ownership

You own all code, designs and content we create for you once the final invoice is paid. Third-party plugins, themes and fonts stay under their own licenses.

7. White label and confidentiality

We work under your brand, never contact your client unless you ask, and keep your files and client details confidential.

8. Non-solicitation

We won’t pitch or take work directly from your clients for 24 months after our last project with you.

9. Care plans

Billed monthly in advance, cancel with 14 days notice. We aren’t responsible for hosting outages.

10. Warranty

We fix bugs in our work reported within 30 days of delivery at no charge.

11. Liability

Our total liability for any project is limited to the fees you paid for that project.

12. Ending a project

Either side can end a project with written notice. You pay for work completed, and we hand over everything paid for.

13. Governing law

These terms follow the laws of your country (or US state), as named in the project quote.
