Who we are
Finest Web Geek (“we”) is a WordPress development studio based in Jashore, Bangladesh. Contact: hello@finestwebgeek.com.
What we collect
- Forms: name, agency name, website, email, country, team size and project details you choose to send.
- Call bookings: name, email and time, through Calendly.
- Analytics: pages visited, device and approximate location, through Google Analytics 4, only after you accept analytics cookies.
- Project files: designs, logins and content you share for a project, kept under NDA.
How we use it
To reply to you, prepare quotes, deliver projects, send invoices and, if you subscribe, send our newsletter. We don’t sell your data or use it for advertising.
Who we share it with
Only the services that run this site and our work: hosting [host name], Google Workspace and Google Sheets, Calendly, Gravity Forms on our server, Google Analytics, and our payment providers (Wise, Payoneer and our bank for wire transfers).
How long we keep it
Enquiries for 24 months, client project records for 6 years for tax purposes, project logins deleted at handoff.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct, export or delete your data at any time by emailing us. If you’re in the UK, EU or California, you have extra rights under UK GDPR, GDPR or the CCPA, and we’ll honor them.

Essential cookies keep the site working. Analytics cookies load only if you accept them in the cookie banner.
Security and changes
Access to client data is limited to the team on your project. Logins are shared through a password manager. We’ll update this page if anything changes.
